CWBdirect Online Banking - display issue does not affect scheduled transactions

Please note that future-dated and scheduled bill payments are currently not displaying correctly in CWBdirect Online Banking. This is a display issue only; scheduled payments are intact and will process as normal.

This is a high priority issue for our technical teams, and we’re doing everything we can to fix the display and maintain the high quality client experience you appreciate with CWB. However, given the nature of technical problems, we’re unable to provide an estimated time at which the issue will be corrected. 

Deleting scheduled payments

Clients can delete future-dated and scheduled bill payments with the assistance of a CWB branch. Contact one here.
