CWBdirect Online Banking - display issue does not affect scheduled transactions

Update: A fix for this issue is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, May 29 at approx 7:00 p.m. MT. We expect a small outage of 30 minutes to 1 hour around this time. 

Please note that future-dated and scheduled bill payments are currently not displaying correctly in CWBdirect Online Banking. This is a display issue only; scheduled payments are intact and will process as normal.

Deleting scheduled payments

Clients can delete future-dated and scheduled bill payments with the assistance of a CWB branch. Contact one here.
