All borrowers must have a minimum credit score of 600; Gross Debt Service Ratio must be less than 39% and Total Debt Service Ratio cannot be higher than 44% based on the higher of the Bank of Canada qualifying rate or the customers' contract interest rate plus 200 bps; New CWB owner-occupied mortgages only for residential properties with one to four unit; Rental properties are not eligible and refinances are not eligible; Income confirmation criteria applies.
