Short Term GICs
- Funds may be invested for terms from 30 days to 364 days
- A minimum investment of $5,000 is required
- Investments are non-redeemable prior to maturity
- The interest rate is guaranteed for the length of the term
- Investments may be set for automatic renewal at maturity

Long Term GICs
- Funds may be invested for terms of 1 to 5 years
- Investments are non-redeemable prior to maturity
- A minimum investment of $1,000 is required
- Interest may be paid monthly or annually
- Interest may be set to compound annually for terms over 1 year
- The interest rate is guaranteed for the length of the term
- Investments may be set for automatic renewal at maturity

High Rise GIC®
- Funds may be invested for a 3 year term or a 5 year term
- A minimum investment of $1,000 is required
- Investments are partially or fully redeemable on the annual anniversary date (for partial redemption's, the remaining investment must be $1,000 or more)
- The interest rate is calculated on a tiered system with each year's rate of interest increasing
- Interest may compound annually or be deposited into a CWB account on each anniversary date
- Investments may be set for automatic renewal at maturity

Floating Rate Redeemable Term Deposit
- Terms available from 30 days to 3 years
- A minimum deposit of $1,000 is required
- Deposit is redeemable at any time, however funds redeemed prior to 30 days pay no interest
- Funds redeemed on or after the 30th day and prior to maturity are not subject to interest penalty
- Partial redemption's are allowed if:
- the minimum partial withdrawal is $1,000
- The interest rate floats at the Canadian Western Bank Prime rate minus 2.25%
- Monthly interest is available to Gold Leaf PLUS® customers and must be paid into a Gold Leaf PLUS® Apex® or Peak Performance® Account
- Investments may be set for automatic renewal at maturity

US Dollar Floating Rate Redeemable Term Deposit
- Personal investors only
- Available for terms 30 days to 1 year.
- A minimum deposit of USD $1,000 is required
- Redeemable in full at any time (partial redemptions are not available)
- Funds redeemed prior to 30 days pay no interest
- Funds redeemed on or after the 30th day and prior to maturity are not
subject to interest penalty
- Interest rate floats at a decrement to Canadian Western Bank US Prime
rate
- Interest may be set to compound annually
