CWB banking centres across Canada are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For support outside regular hours, including lost or stolen debit cards and security question resets,

We continue to follow guidance from local government and health authorities. While mask mandates are no longer in effect at most CWB locations, we understand personal mask preferences may vary. We welcome and support your personal choice and thank you for respecting the choice of others. For clients who prefer remote banking support, we continue to offer phone and virtual appointments. ATM, online and mobile banking are also available.
