How to reset your password on CWBdirect Online Banking®
and Enhanced Banking for business clients
Reset your password anytime by following these instructions:
Before you get started (for business clients only):
- For security reasons, business cardholders with signing authority must update their password prior to delegates, therefore you will need to coordinate with the other cardholders on your account to reset your password. Signers should go first, by following these instructions:
Step 1:
- In the left hand menu, select "Change Password."
Step 2:
- Enter your current password.
- Then, enter your new password. Your new password must be between 12 and 30 characters and contain one uppercase, one lower case, one number and one of the following special characters: !@#S%*
- Finally, enter you new password one more time into the "Verify new password" field.
Step 3:
- Select "Submit." Your new password is now set-up.
After you finish (for business clients only):
- Inform delegates they can now reset their password by following steps 1-3 listed above.
Reset your password when directed by following these instructions:
For security reasons, from time to time, we will require you to change your password when you go to sign into your online banking. When this happens, follow these instructions:
