CWB Balance Alerts will notify you when your deposit account balance or available credit falls below $100. You will be able to change the minimum amount, decide how you receive alerts, or opt out at any time through mobile banking or digital banking.

Existing customers with a valid email address who use digital banking will receive balance alerts for:
- Deposit accounts (chequing and saving)
- Lines of credit
To receive balance alerts, you must be using digital banking.
How do I change my balance alert amount?

How do I opt out of balance alerts?
Login to digital banking, go to “Alert Settings” and “Account” and then “Enable Alerts”. Turn off “Enable Alerts”.
Why am I not receiving balance alerts?
- Check your junk mail folder. Tip: Add [email protected] to your address book.
- You may need to “Enable Alerts.” Login to digital banking, go to “Profile Settings” and confirm your contact information is correct, then go to “Alert Settings” and “Enable Alerts.”
Is there a fee for balance alerts?
CWB Balance Alerts is a free service, but standard messaging and data charges may apply depending on your mobile service provider.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charges and additional interest charges or fees may apply if transactions exceed your available balance or credit limit.
