Before you begin

Grab your bank card and mobile device

Step 1

Select “Can’t Log In.”
Then, select "Forgot Password."

Step 2

Enter your username or email address.
Then, select how you want to receive your verification code either via SMS or via Voice Call.

Step 3

Enter the verification code.
Then, select “Verify.”

Step 4

Answer the security question.
Then, select “Reset Password.”

Step 5

Enter a new password and re-enter it to be sure it’s correct.

Then, select “Reset Password.”

Step 6

Send a second verification code.
Then, enter the second verification code.
Then, select “Verify.”
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
