CWB continues its gradual and measured approach to expand
branch hours as provincial governments and health authorities advance their
reopening plans. In response to increased branch traffic in many of our
communities, and to further support our clients, all CWB branches will be open
Monday to Friday, with continued hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., effective
Monday, June 29. Branches that would normally offer Saturday hours will remain
closed that day.
Clients can continue to reach their Relationship Managers
during regular business hours by phone or email to promote physical distancing.
“Increased transactions and traffic in our banking centres
drive this decision, and we believe it’s the right approach to while continuing
to protect our employees and clients. It’s especially timely for month-end, an
always busy period for business owners,” stated Stephen Murphy, CWB’s Executive
Vice President of Banking. “Our teams have done tremendous work to support our
clients remotely, and the continued positive feedback we’ve received is proof
of that. As we see our communities adapt through this extraordinary time, it’s
important that we’re doing everything we can to help our clients succeed.”
Online and mobile banking services continue to be an
excellent option for both business and personal clients. As a member of The
EXCHANGE® Network, CWB offers access to thousands of surcharge-free ABMs in
various locations across Canada.
