For the second year, CWB is virtually bringing together all its employees across Canada to celebrate its inclusive, people first culture and achievements over the past year. Since this involves coordinating teams in multiple time zones, a slightly reduced scheduled is required in these two regions.
CWB’s priority is to ensure clients receive proactive support through this special closure. Clients in B.C. and Alberta are encouraged to reach out to their Relationship Manager to make advanced arrangements for December 15, if needed. Banking centre teams are available to meet by phone, virtually or in-person during the reduced business hours. Mobile and online banking are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. ATM access available as per standard hours at most locations.
