Connor Fynn

I’m excited about finding a new segment of CWB customers to service and show how/why we’re the best bank for business owners. I run my portfolio like it’s my own small business. I want each client experience to be memorable and for business owners to have trust that I understand their business. My clients know I genuinely care about them and am here to help support the growth of their business.

Background:

After graduating from NAIT with a Bachelors of Business Administration, I sold cars for a year to get some sales experience. Once I felt like I’d gotten a good grasp on sales, I joined CWB. I’ve just started my seventh year with the bank as of June 2024. I started on the ground floor with our admin team doing loan data entry. After a year I moved to the commercial side where I’ve had five different positions in commercial credit underwriting and relationship management. Both roles have given me many tools in my banking tool belt that I hope to use to help small business owners grow their business.

Interests:

Like most Northern Canadians, during the summer months, I try to get in as much time outside as possible. I spend a lot of time at the golf course or sitting in the backyard with friends and family. In the winter I spend a lot of time in the arena whether I’m coaching minor hockey or watching my nephews play. The winter is also a great time to cozy up near a computer and play a video game.
